Reftruck Egypt is the innovator of seamless fiberglass insulated truck bodies.
The body consists of two layers of polyester & multi layer fiber glass with stripes of polyurethane foam having a density of 42,5 kg/m3 in between. Both panels layers are compressed together with a solid conjunction in between to have one piece homogeneous panel.

The Glass Reinforced Polyester "GRP" is an easy-to-clean surfaces which is stronger than sheet metal, do not rust and can be repaired easily by patching – all adding to a longer life of the box in a country where road conditions can be tough and temperatures may reach over 122°F/50°C, dropping sharply at night.

The box is completely insulated and protected from the outside as the internal and external skin of the box is covered by gelcoat which is food grade type and resistant to Ultra Violet "UV" sun rays.

For our customers requesting refrigerated boxes with controlled temperature, We offer a wide range of refrigeration units to be fitted on our insulated boxes depending on the temperature requirement and type of goods. Our refrigeration units range covers various types of units from France, Italy, Korea and others to suit our customers needs and budget.

Side Doors

We offer one or more side doors to tailor for a faster distribution of goods.

Wind Breaker

We offer different sizes of wind breakers depending on the size of the box. The wind breaker reduces the resistance of the vehicle to save fuel.

Double Deck Trailer

The double deck trailer is designed for customers who wish to maximize the usage of freight area and load 2 palettes on top of each other but have a fragile product such as yogurt or milk. This trailer will ensure that the load of the top palette does not damage the bottom palette.

Shawerma Hanging

This solution was designed based on our customers demand. According to the specifications and dimensions of our customers, we equip the box with the suitable shawerma hanging system.

Partitions

For our customers who wish to load more than one product we offer fixed or movable partitions, also the temperature of each compartment can de differentiated if needed.

Meat Hanging Rails

We offer meat hanging system and ensure our box have the required reinforcement to sustain the system. The number of rails and type of hooks will depend on the customer request.
